Booking Policy – Ella Signature Hair & Wigs

Please review our salon policy before you book to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

🔐 Deposit Policy

A 20% deposit of your service total is required after your virtual consultation to confirm your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 12 hours in advance.

Accepted payment methods: Cash or Zelle. 

The deposit applies toward your final balance.

💬 Mandatory Consultation

A 15-minute virtual or in-person consultation is required the day before your appointment.

We will confirm your style, parting preference (standard bricklayer, triangular, oval, or diamond), color choice (10+ available), and service expectations.

Appointments are not scheduled without a completed consultation.

📅 Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancel 12 hours before your appointment to receive a deposit refund.

Canceling within 30 minutes of your scheduled time will result in a forfeited deposit.

Two no-shows without notice = temporary suspension from future bookings.

✂️ Appointments

Please arrive with your hair free of extensions or braids.

Detangling is not required—we’ve got you covered!

Every service includes a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and blow-dry.

Hair is included in most of our services; bringing your hair will not reduce the price.

Same-day style changes = $10 fee.

🚫 Salon Etiquette

No unsupervised children during services.

You may bring 1 guest maximum.

There are no payment plans at this time.

📸 Photos & Documentation

Before & after photos are required for documentation and promotion.

Faces may be blurred on request.

By booking, you consent to this process.

🔄 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule at any time before the appointment with no penalty.

Rescheduling during your service session is not permitted.
