🔐 Deposits & Payments
20% Deposit: Required to confirm your appointment. This goes toward your total.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
Payment: Cash or Zelle preferred. Credit/debit cards are accepted but incur processing fees.
📝 Mandatory Intake Form
In place of a consultation, you must complete our Digital Intake Form during booking. Please be 100% honest about your hair's condition. We will use this to confirm your parting, color choice, and style expectations.
📅 Cancellations & No-Shows
12+ Hours Notice: Eligible for a deposit refund.
Under 30 Minutes Notice: Deposit is forfeited.
No-Shows: Two missed appointments result in a temporary booking suspension.
Rescheduling: Permitted anytime before your appointment begins.
✂️ Your Appointment
Prep: Arrive with hair free of braids/extensions. (We handle the detangling!)
Included: Shampoo, deep conditioning, blow-dry, and hair are included in most services.
Note: Bringing your own hair does not reduce the price. Same-day style changes incur a $10 fee.
🚫 Salon Rules
Guests: 1 guest maximum; no unsupervised children.
Photos: Before/after photos are required for documentation. We can blur your face upon request.
Plans: No payment plans are available at this time.
